iOS and iPadOS apps completely unusable

Hi, we just signed up for Evernote Teams. Web and Windows client works fine but iPad and iOS clients are unresponsive after log in. Cannot touch anything, cannot swipe or press get started both on iPad (M1 iPad Pro Latest iOS) and iPhone (12 Pro Max, latest iOS).

Can't confirm it. I am running EN iOS on several clients, all with much weaker hardware than you. Snappy, responsive, everything OK.

Maybe it is still downloading and organizing stuff, or whatever. This could be your next steps:

  1. Log out, switch the iOS device once completely off, on again, log back in.
  2. If it doesn't help, uninstall the app, switch the iOS device off, on again and reinstall.
  3. If it doesn't help, contact the Teams account admin to contact support.
