Need description or note field within task

There is a need to include a description or further notes within the task.  Support for links in this field would be essential.

It is not sufficient to add a line under the task since the new line is not associated with the task. Meaning it doesn't follow, complete or view with the task.

I'm hopeful that note links within the task name is coming but having an additional field for notes could enable linking.
