I tried to find out how to delete old devices, previous answers didn’t help.  I just changed phones and that must have caused the problem.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the old device: Log out of your account, quit the app.

On the other (working) device: Open your account settings, tab devices, and revoke the old device. You must be down to 1 device left before you can sync a new one.

Install EN on the new device. Log in - this initial log in action will draw the free device to the new one.

Most users who run into trouble do not log out on the old one and/or miss revoking it first. On logging in on the new one, they run into an error message. If now thing get garbled up, the available unsyncs and devices can be consumed without getting the right ones to work.
