If you mean the position in the submenu of the note width option behind the 3 dot menu: It means to center the display of the note within of the notes margins, to improve readability.

Simply give it a try.

Align text left is also known as left-justify which means that the text in a paragraph aligns on the left side of the page.

Align text right is also known as right-justify which means that the text in a paragraph aligns on the right side of the page.

Justify is also know as full-justify which means that text in a paragraph aligns to both the left *and* right side of the page, but you won't notice that unless you have a paragraph of text that wraps a couple of lines. Otherwise, it will look just like justify/align left.
