Problem with changing email account

Currently, I paid for the one-year subscription ticket on February 18th and am using it. I got an error trying to change my email account today~~ I can't use it normally.
The upgrade phrase keeps coming out and asking me to pay again~~ Is there any way to solve it? I want to use the data as it is with the existing version...
I can't even ask you properly.I don't know why I don't like Serbs anymore.

핸드폰 어플을 이용해 사용해보자 시도하던중 충돌이 발생하면서 정상적인 작동이 안되고 있습니다.

메일계정을 바꾸는 것을 비롯해 이런저런 시도를 해보기도 전에 문제가 발생하는군요!!

제발좀 이 문제가 빨리 처리되길 희망합니다.

기존 중요문서들이 사라지지 않을까? 걱정이 많습니다.

First question: Does your notes show normally when you are in your account ?

If not, you probably have created a new account by accident. In this case log out and enter your login data again - make sure you type everything correctly, especially the user name / email address.

If your notes show, but it tells you are on a free account, you can follow this help document to contact support. Free users can contact support on account and billing issues, so it should be possible to contact them even if your account status if wrong.
