Complete DB History Restore

Hello,

I can see inside existing notes that I can view history and then restore previous versions. So there is some kind of restore process already in place.

However, for permanently deleted files this option obviously doesn't exist.

Is there a way of somehow requesting a full DB restore of xx days ago of my Evernote DB? Then I can retrieve my deleted note.

No, you can only reset an individual note. And the reset is only possible as long as the note exists - which can be in the trash "notebook". Once a note is entirely deleted, no restore is possible any more.

If support can create a reset on the server level I don't know. I doubt it, nothing like it has ever been reported here int he forum.

But you can give it a try, ask support about it.

Yep, that's what I was thinking - a server restore point of some sort.

How do I ask support - I thought this forum was it?
