Kyx 2
The concern is I already upgraded since March 31, 2022 to Evernote Professional from Evernote Personal, but now my Evernote account pop-up the word 'UPGRADE' to use multiple devices and other features etc... So when I look to my account it says Its a FREE plan account. So since it's a small amount I click Upgrade to finished this dilemma but it says 'YOU ALREADY SUBSCRIBE TO EVERNOTE PROFESSIONAL AND YOUR RENEWAL IS ON APRIL 30, 2022.' Anybody can help me? Thank you. Link to comment

Evernote Expert agsteele 3,061 Posted April 18, 2022 Evernote Expert Share Posted April 18, 2022 I can see the screen shots say that you paid via Google Pay. If that is correct you can also ask Google for help. Link to comment
