Database feature in Evernote

I wanted to know if Evernote will have database feature just like notion has. It would be great feature to have

No, it has not, and although EN rarely comments on things to come, I doubt it will have something like it in the future.

Think of your EN account as your personal group of websites, each note being a mini website. This may come closest to the basic structure of EN.

In the background of course there is a database, but it is there to hold everything together.

Notion has a completely different approach. It is practically a building tool to construct notes from database elements.

The approaches are not compatible - just decide what is more important for your own use cases, and use that tool.
