Merge notes not working

Cannont use the command feature to merge notes. Latest update in use. New User.

... it should be quite obvious that posting a single line of text in General Discussions is giving NO information about what you really try to do, and in which client you are.

Please describe what you observe, some system details about system & client, and there may be somebody who can send you advise.

go watch videos on YouTube explaining how to do it. I used it 5 minute ago- it works
