mi5ha 4
I've been confused for a little while as to why Evernote is frequently not running when I return to my Mac after a break. Then I just watched the app quit itself gracefully in the background just now while I was in Safari. No Evernote-related action on my part, and no Unexpectedly Quit or crash notice. Anyone else seeing this? 2017 MBP running macOS 12.3.1 10.34.4-mac-ddl-public (3310) Editor: v145.1.17877 Service: v1.50.2 1 Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,057 Posted April 7, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted April 7, 2022 Hi. Thanks for a coherent report with full detail. If anyone else is having the same happy experience I'd recommend that you report it to Support (which we're not..) so they can get some feel for the volume and severity of any issues. In your own case I suggest you continue as normal but keep a slightly more careful check of if and when Evernote crashes without obvious cause. mi5ha 4
Thanks, team. "Your issue has been assigned support ticket #3498816." I attached the log, too (which I didn't even realize existed until now or I would have paid more attention to the timestamp when I noticed things). Of course, I had to append .txt to the end of the .log since your ticket system oddly doesn't accept .log attachments... 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,780 Posted April 7, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted April 7, 2022 No team here, just other users. When you get an answer from support, it would be nice if you could post the essence here. Link to comment
