Hi.  If all else fails,  put the shortcut into the Windows START folder

Quote

Open Run command box by pressing Windows logo + R keys. In the Run command field, type shell: startup and then press Enter key to open Startup folder. Copy and paste the app shortcut from the desktop to this Startup folder and the app will be added to startup.

Can’t remember any similar 3rd party app on Windows that will decide to launch itself on startup. You always need to decide this as the user.

Starting an app consumes time and system resources - placing too many of them in autostart mode will ruin your day even before it started.
