Export to ENEX requires premium???

No, this option is available for all users.

  1. Select notebook view.
  2. Click on the 3 dots at the left end of the window, behind the notebook you want to export.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the last option "Export Notebook"
  4. You get several options, among them ENEX, and a selection of fields to fine tune the export

Hint: With v10, you can export one notebook at a time, or a selection of notes.

Just to mention it: The installed client and the web client are each counted as a device, even if running on the same physical computer. If on a subscription, no problem. If on a Free account, no more devices left.
