Unable to change Text color to Black. (It goes to dark grey at max). Any suggestions/solutions will be hugely appreciated

Is there anyway - in EN or windows settings to make text appear as dark as the one written in MS-Word.

The color options  in EN does give black as an option but is just as dark as the nearby grey. (all other grey are lighter though)

I have tried cleartype but no improvement. I have already tried many different threads, both, on EN and on reddit. There are countless people with this problem but none can find a solution yet.

Currently it is as it is. In fact I really don’t care if it is PantaBlack, Black or just SuperDarkGrey.
