Can’t log in, how do I request support?

I cannot log in to my account because I don’t remember the password. I cannot reset password, because it is sending code to a phone number that is not operational anymore. 
I need to raise a support ticket, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it, just this forum. Help please.

Hi.  Try https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - look for 'guest' access,  or any feedback option on the mobile app.
