Note doesnt' stay in Shortcut

Hi all,

So I'm not sure why this happen, but when I add a note to the Shortcuts, after a couple of minutes it disappears from there. I tried this with both Windows and the iOS app and I get the same results. Does anybody know why that happen and how to fix it? It's a bit annoying..

No idea - I think you should ask support.

Sometimes it may help to duplicate the note, and pin the duplicate.
