Change storage location of library on Desktop

Is there an option to change where library info is stored on a desktop? I want to change the location from 😄 to 😧 drive but can't find how to do it.

I am guessing this is backed up information only that is stored on Hard Drive.

There is no easy way by settings or similar to do this. Some real experts have described a method to do this using symbolic links - you can find it through forum search.

Thanks. I moved it to another drive and have noticed that all the files have been updated.
