Locked Me Out Of Account And Can't Access Email

I tried logging in to Evernote in my browser and it gave me an error, saying it detected an unusual login and I had to check my email for a code. Unfortunately, I can no longer access that email address. I never used it much and apparently they delete your entire account if you haven't logged in for six months. 

I really, really, need to get into my Evernote account. It has years worth of notes, including legal ones. What can be done?
