requesting a history function

good day sirs and maams, this young lady was sketching a sketch in a note and when she accidentally deleted it, she cannot retrieve it back  . I request a history function so i can go back and see my amendments and hopefully get my sketch back  please reply me ASAP.

Hi.  If you deleted a sketch but kept the note - Use note history to view older versions of a note - if you deleted the entire note - Restore a note from the trash.

Restore note - all users can do

Retrieve from note history - Note history runs for all users, but to open and go to an older version you need to be a subscriber, plus use a PC/Mac.

hello , i cannot acccess the note history. even though i followed the instructions. after the note option there is no note history option . 

heres how it looks like.  please get back to me ASAP , i really need the notes tysm!!

Are you on a subscription ? Access to note history is a subscribers feature.

If it is important, you can subscribe for a month. The history is there, by subscribing you can unlock it.
