Martin Waring 0
Don't get me wrong. I do like Evernote as a notepad and am pleased that it works across devices. BUT - my biggest frustration with it is that when I log on to my MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.2.1 it is always there loading whatever note I was using last time I logged on. I want to be able to stop it loading at login but for the life of me, I can't seem to figure it out. Whatever I do the Option in the bottom toolbar 'Open at Login' stays checked and Evernote loads up each time I log in and then I shut it down. I only want to see it when I need it. How can I achieve this please? Evernote version 10.31.6. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 5,566 Posted March 5, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted March 5, 2022 It is not EN launching without being asked - you have defined it to launch with your Mac yourself. Go to the Macs system settings, Users&Groups, Start Objects. Look up EN in the list, click on it and use the „-„ sign below the list to remove it. It may be you need to unlock settings by the lock symbol first. 1 1 Link to comment
