evernote legacy stopped working on mac

webclipper was working fine a couple days ago and then all of a sudden the webclipper stopped working and only clips my wallpaper. I use it to send photos all the time and now I cant use it at all. I uninstalled legacy and reinstalled it to no avail. I tried the 10.2 installation and just done like it and cannot get the webclipper back. any advice?

Problem is in Mac settings: You need to allow EN to take screen recordings in Mac settings, Security, Privacy.

This may have resetted itself with a MacOS update.

About the wording: You are not talking about the web clipper (which is a browser extension). You are talking about the EN Helper, a little app that installs in the task bar and able to clip everything, not only web content.
