WHen creating a note and tagging, to find a tag you have to type the exact first letters, instead of any part of the tags name in order to Evernote finds it

When you group tags and include a common tag to all notes, you can search for any part of the tags name that Evernote finds it. However when creating a new note Evernote only find the tag if you type it the initial letters in order. I have 200 tags and if I do not remember the exact first letters, I have to go to the tags search box to find it and then go back to the note to type it the exact name so Evernote can find it.

Or you could use the edit tags menu (alt-ctrl-T or note -> edit tags)
