M D 2
I want to move the note from the Notebook "Pathway Staff" to the Notebook "Church." I have highlighted the note and then "move note to" but when I type in the word Church, no Notebook is revealed. In fact when I type in any letter, no notebook is revealed. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 6,273 Posted February 8, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted February 8, 2022 @M D what you describe is a sign your local database is corrupted. Since the methods to resolve this differ from Windows to Mac, we need to know on which client you are using, and if on a PC or a Mac. Link to comment

buckethead 207
Can you log into the web version and move the note there? That is the first thing I would try. Link to comment
M D 2
I can do it on my iPad as well as online. Link to comment
buckethead 207
I would log out of your desktop app and log back in. Make sure any changes you have made are sync'd as you will love any changes that have not been. Then log back in and try again. If that does not work reach out to support. Link to comment
M D 2
Logging out and then back on did no help. How do I reach out to support? Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 2,371 Posted February 8, 2022 Evernote Expert Share Posted February 8, 2022 You can go to support by raising a ticket - assuming you are a paying subscriber. Before that try the following. In the app... File | Sign Out | Remove my Evernote data from this device Restart Evernote and log back in. Evernote will rebuild your data and see how that goes. 1 Link to comment
