Unable to email Activity Log

To solve a problem, tech support wants me to email my Activity Log from my iPhone app, but the functionality does not seem to be working. I tried emailing it to myself and to a friend as a test, and no one received it. It hasn't gone into Spam; it just never arrives. I tried restarting the phone. I tried deleting and re-installing the app. Any other ideas?

When I try to fetch an activity log from my iPhone, the app crashes, taking me to the devices home screen.

It seems there is another support ticket needed.
