I use templates, for example for meeting notes, agenda etc.

The template I use has a header that includes meeting Titel, date & time etc.

Iw eher a way that when for example I put the meeting name and date into  the specifi field Evernote automatically names the document itself? Let's say I fill in Budget Discussion with customer ACME / 01/31/2022 the name of the note is automatically set to Budget Discussion with customer ACME - 01/31/2022.

I don't think there is but the way I do it is create a note from a template and then link it to a calendar event which puts a header at the top with the name of the event/meeting and the date/time.

Works quite well.
