Can't log in - infinite spinning circle

Hi - is anyone else seeing this? I can currently still access EN only via a browser window I had left open in the background. When I try and open a new instance I get the spinning circle. I wonder if this might have anything to do with the new update? Chromebook user, UK.

Fixed it - I needed to delete all the site data

This bug has continued throughout the entire existence of the new Evernote Web interface, a couple of years now. Similarly to you, I've found that I can usually clear it be deleting all cookies for the last hour (sometimes a day).

Another, more permanent solution is recommended by Evernote staff here:

1. Go to https://www.evernote.com/PersonalSettings.action
2. Uncheck "Enable V10+ web client" 
3. Select "Go to notes"

I'm going to try that the next time this happens.

To get access when it didn't work is for sure more important - but AFAIK some of the new features are lost when this setting is disabled.
