sch01ar 48 Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Hi - is anyone else seeing this? I can currently still access EN only via a browser window I had left open in the background. When I try and open a new instance I get the spinning circle. I wonder if this might have anything to do with the new update? Chromebook user, UK.

Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 4,014 Posted January 25, 2022 Level 5 Posted January 25, 2022 This bug has continued throughout the entire existence of the new Evernote Web interface, a couple of years now. Similarly to you, I've found that I can usually clear it be deleting all cookies for the last hour (sometimes a day).
Level 5 Dave-in-Decatur 4,014 Posted January 25, 2022 Level 5 Posted January 25, 2022 Another, more permanent solution is recommended by Evernote staff here: Go to https://www.evernote.com/PersonalSettings.action Uncheck "Enable V10+ web client" Select "Go to notes" I'm going to try that the next time this happens. 1
Level 5 PinkElephant 9,010 Posted January 26, 2022 Level 5 Posted January 26, 2022 To get access when it didn't work is for sure more important - but AFAIK some of the new features are lost when this setting is disabled.
