Using Windows 10 desktop and Android phone, premium user.
I delete/ trash items I no longer need on the Desktop app.
When I later use the Android app, these trashed items are still in the folder - with a "trash" label added, if I go into them. They don't show up on the desktop inside the folder
Syncing, turning the screen sideways, updating and restarting are all fruitless
It makes the mobile app practically useless for the way I use it. This was not historically a problem
