This is a real problem. You would be better off going to the bank. Although I understand that you probably don't have that option at this point. So look for a better one. There has to be customer service. And it should also work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We had a situation where it was the last day to pay our bills. My boyfriend and I pay everything together https://www.greedyrates.ca/, and we just forgot to do it. And when we woke up, all the banks were closed. We tried to pay by card, but there was some kind of malfunction. And that's when we got on the phone with customer service, and they quickly helped us solve our problem.
