I've been using Evernote for years but haven't kept up with the new stuff and changes.

What's the best tutorials to read or listen to or watch to catch up with the changes.

Evernote is a pretty complex package that can do a great many things. The easiest way to ease into using it is probably just to pick one project or a topic - a recipe library, a record collection, researching a book - and work out how Evernote can help you with that activity.

You'll quickly learn how to create and index notes, add tags and meaningful titles, use notebooks and Stacks, and -maybe- share some of that with others.

These User Forums will (usually) answer any questions you might have about the best way to do something (though there may be different opinions to choose from!) https://discussion.evernote.com/

Evernote is quite active on YouTube, with a lot of videos. The advantage is these videos are up to date - with 3rd party you still often find coverage about the old clients, not the new one. Some are short (a minute), showing one single feature, others will explain an area of interest, being in the 10-15min range.
