I purchased an Evernote Professional  subscription, but my account is not upgraded !

already i did Sign out, restart, and sign back into Evernote nothing change 😪

Im using IMAC M1 

please advice me what to Do

Hi.  Who did you buy the upgrade from?  And most of the Evernote team have been on holiday or the past few days,  so it's possible things are working slowly for the moment.  Give it another try if you haven't already...
