윈도우 앱 바로가기 노트북 미표시 문제

os : 윈도우10 pro 64비트

에버노트 버젼 : 10.27.5 

 

1번 그림은 웹실행(크롬) 시 바로가기 항목을 나타내고 노트,노트북 바로가기 누락된거 없이 표시됩니다.

2번의 경우는 윈도우즈 앱 실행 시 표시되는 항목으로 노트는 이상없이 표시되는데 노트북 바로가기가 표시되지 않고 있습니다.

계속 이렇게 된건 아니고 오늘 갑자기 이런 문제가 발생했는데 하도 신경쓰여서 회사pc를 포맷하고 다시 깔아도 해결되지가 않네요.

노트북 중복 버그는 어떻게 참고 쓰겠는데 바로가기는 제가 애용하는 기능이라 이럴바에는 레거시 버젼을 쓸까도 고민하는 중입니다.

(하지만 웬만해선 최신버젼을 쓰는게 낫겠죠)

해결방안이 있는지 궁금합니다.

You could try the following procedure. It is working even if you have no admin rights. It will remove the local EN database from the Windows PC, and then rebuild it from the EN server:

1. Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar.
2. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Sign back in to Evernote

이것저것 하다보니

일단 자체적으로 해결하여서 비슷한 문제가 있을 시 참고하시라고 리플 남깁니다.

1.revo uninstaller free version 설치

2.revo uninstaller 실행 -> evernote 삭제 (삭제 시 옵션:고급)

3.컴퓨터 재시작

4.evernote 재설치

하니 다시 정상적으로 노트북이 표시되며 중복노트북도 사라졌네요.

이 방법은 해외 포럼 보면 많이 나와서 따라 해본적은 몇번 있는데

실제로 정상화 된건  이번이 처음이라 시원하고 좋네요.

Sure, you can as well make a complete uninstall / reinstall.

It depends on what is broken, the local database (which happens more often) or the software itself (which can’t be corrected by rebuilding the database only). The advantage of the database rebuild is that it can be done by every user, without a need to execute it as an admin user.

Uninstalling using an uninstaller is sort of the maximum strategy - in many cases like using a sledgehammer to crack an egg. But in the end the right solution is what solves a problem.

전에 이 방법을 시도했을 때는 해결이 되지 않아서 언인스톨을 하였습니다.

그런데 생각해보니 그때는 컴퓨터를 리스타트 하지 않고 재실행한게 문제였던거 같네요.

오늘도 같은 문제가 발생하여 이 절차대로(리스타트 빼먹지 않고) 다시 해보니 해결이 되었다.
