Feature Request: Why is it that difficult and far away to ask for a feature request in the app?

Hi, i´m really wondering why it is that difficult and far away to give you feedback in a form of a support ticket or a feature request in the app, without 5 or more steps to do?!  This is still the best and most efficient way to develop a customer centric application, and most efficient either.

even if a button there links to the Forum Feature Requests here it would be a big step

Yes, but feedback is something different to me.

It may be for you, but it is meant exactly for that use.

Personally I don’t think cluttering the clients with buttons for this and that would be a good idea.
