In general it depends on your way of subscribing.

Direct subscription - EN support:

Choose „Billing“ as ticket type.

If the subscription was handled through the AppStore or the PlayStore, you need to unsubscribe there, and claims need to be settled with Apple or Google. In this case EN support can’t influence the subscription administration.
