Save Current View For This Notebook Not Working...

I have noticed that "save current view for this notebook" is not working per notebook.  This means that if I changed to sort by title in one notebook it applies everywhere even if I check "save current view for this notebook." It does not matter which view I use (title, date created, date updated).  Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

 

Also, why can we not have the option to sort by tag?  That was in the legacy version and was useful to me in a couple notebooks.

As you now realise, the ability to save a view by notebook does not exist in v10. 

Actually this useful function was a relatively new feature of what we now call the Legacy version. So v10 had reverted to the position of a few years back.

I'm hoping/anticipating that this will be restored but would not risk holding my breath in the meantime.

Likewise the sort by tag. It could will be restored but we donut know if or when.
