no encrypting text items and no way to right click in web

I use Evernote web app in chrome, when I open a note and highlight the text I wish to encrypt, Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and then there is no options for encrypting text?

Encryption is only available for PLAIN text - very plain text indeed. No formatting allowed, no bold, underline, bullets, numbered lists; AND NO TABLES which are a sort of formatting either.

Unfortunately this is not really explained in the EN help documentation.
