Export to PDF option missing

I'm a professional evernote member. In the past I've been able to export my notebooks/notes to PDF. Now, when I click on the three dots under the action column, Export to PDF is missing. I've checked on PC and iOS devices and cannot export on either.

This a bug or something with my account?

I'm a free user but i cannot see the option as well. only on MAC i can see. on Windows i cannot see

Check your update status. Both clients should be on release EN 10.31.
