Usable to search on mobile without internet

I am unable to search on my mobile phone app , when theres not internet on my mobile.

All my notes are offline notes 

Im using an andriod Samsung Note20 ultra.

 

Can anyone advice ?

Usually search works just the same as when online. Hit the magnifier glas, enter search string, etc.

One restriction: Offline search does not search inside of attachments.

I am searching for the topic but does not work.  I discover as Evernote update its software, more and more functions disappear.

Search is not a function on a „vanish list“.

Is the offline download complete ? You can see it when you go to App settings, notebooks, offline notebooks. Where are grey / green bars the download is still ongoing. A symbol behind the notebook tells download complete.

Just checked. I spent WiFi and data. Then searched for something and instantly a note from an offline notebook was located. Admittedly, I only keep the notebooks offline so a relatively small amount of data to interrogate but all works as expected.
