Your problem is not EN: Create an user account for yourself, and another for „all others“. Make EN and other apps only available for your own user. Activate File Vault for disk protection. Take care there are different iCloud users connected to the Mac accounts - else you share your passwords stored in the keychain with everybody as well.

Different users is the clean solution to set a Mac up for different people. If you don’t like to use different users, you stay exposed. 

Regarding EN: You can always log out of your account.

On an unsafe computer, never use the installed version. It saves local data that can be accessed without the client. Use the web client instead.
