Quisiera saber si existe manera de que pueda regalar una suscripción a otra persona. La idea seria crear una cuenta y hacer un pago anual, pero no se si existe una forma de realizarlo para un tercero. Alguna idea o comentario sera muy agradecido.

There are different ways to achieve this.

The easiest would be to give the person an AppStore or PlayStore gift card. 50€/$ should more or less cover a Personal subscription.

Repeat it every year.

Personally I would not make a third party subscription with my personal credit card. Things happen, the subscription could be upgraded (and more money charged), and the card may expire unnoticed.

You can as well donate an app through the AppStore - but I did not find that option with EN.
