Blue plus sign not showing on my samsung tab s7 android 11

Hi All,

The blue plus sign for me to add picture, sketch, attachment is not showing up as shown in image below. Just bought this samsung s7 tablet with android 11 on it. Ive tried uninstall and reinstall evernote app,, but still not showing up. The whole point of me getting this tablet is so that i can sketch, which i cant. 

Please help me with this issue.

I too am here for info on where to find the blue plus sign icon in the note editor. 

Surprised that there isn't a solution.

It won’t show in view mode.

When you tap into the note, a blue „Edit“ button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap on it, the keyboard shows, and above it the blue + button. If it works differently, you may have activated the edit protection in the apps settings, notes, edit protection. Then you need a double tap to reach edit mode.
