Changing an icon

To the left of my name in the top left corner of the app I see a weird circular icon: the letter M on an orange background.

Can anyone please tell me what this is and how I can change it?

Hi.  It appears to be your personal 'M' for Michael.  If you have access to the web client it should be possible to replace the profile image,  though I haven't bothered to change mine...

Thanks Gazumped. I changed the profile image but the ‘M’ refused to leave. I also tested the connection between the letter and my name. Bob Cooper leaves ‘M’ in situ. 

The ‘M’ isn’t exactly a problem but it’s bugging me.

It is not very consistent: On iOS and Mac I see one capital letter designating my account name, on the web client I see a picture I had placed in the Profile on the web. It seems the setting in the web client only changes the badge on the web client, not on the other clients.

If you want it changed (or the bug fixed, if this is a bug) issue a support ticket.

just adding to this.. 
I have a strange looking, medieval  "J" next to my name which is irritating me. Surely that can be changed?

Go to your account settings, tab profile. You can upload a picture there.
