Image become blurry when I press the camera shutter button

When I try to take a picture of a document or anything closer than a couple of meters, the image, which was impeccable, becomes blurry when I press the shutter button.  It stays blurry a couple of seconds then becomes sharp again.  the recorded picture is blurry. If I try taking the same picture with my phone's camera app, no problem.

I have evernote 10.21 running on OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 on a OnePlus 6 phone.

Hi.  Have you uninstalled / restarted the phone / reinstalled?

This looks like the functions performed before the actual picture is taken are somehow not executing correctly - exposure and autofocus. The blurryness speaks for a messing of the autofocus.

I would log out, close the app and restart the phone. If it is not correcting itself, contact support.
