Slow/lag

Recently(2 weeks or so) , evernote has become painfully slow. Placing a cursor at a particular place is also taking so much time! Its happening both in the web and in windows desktop app. Please look into it asap.

Agree - painfully slow on windows and android. Almost unusable. Support chat says "have you tried restarting." Refuses to acknowledge a problem.

Are you on a Teams account ? This is where you posted.

Then you should talk to the admin of your Teams setup.

Else there is support to ask (subscribers only). 

Personally I have not experienced any differences in speed. If it happens at the same time with both an installed client and the web client, there may be a network issue leading to the problem, either internal or with the internet connection.

If you use WiFi, you could try to connect witch an Ethernet cable, to see if things are speeding up then. For the external connection, you can run a speedtest with many free websites offering this service.
