What happened to photo as Document (capture)?

For the last 7y Evernote had a widget for "take photo as document".   It's a key feature listed on Evernoten.com

 

Only reason I upgraded to paid version. 

 

Where did it go? 

How do I get it back?

Open the app, hit the +, select camera or scan.

EN v10 in general is short of widgets that work without starting the app. So use the build in features. With a current subscription you can customize what’s behind the +, and in which sequence.
