Javascript error in main process - Happened when I updated from update prompt

Hi,

I just updated my evernote app and ran into a "Javascript error in the main process." 

I tried restarting, deleting the app and re-downloading, but not dice. I still have access to the webapp, but the desktop app refuses to open now. I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

Get the app AppCleaner from the internet. Install it, run it to remove EN completely. When the list of components shows it will uninstaller, make sure all are checked. 

Then restart the Mac, go to Evernote.com, download the installer, install, log in. When your account opens let it run the initial download before start using it.
