오랫만에 로그인하니 비밀번호를 변경하라고 나옵니다

가입때 썻던 이메일을 사용할수가 없어서 비밀번호 변경을 할수가 없습니다...

안에 중요한 내용들이 많은데... 비밀번호 변경할수있는 방법 다른것은 없는지여
