Evernote Web still not counted as a device in my account. Chose before October 31 to allow this as my third device.

I registered before the deadline for Evernote Web to merge into my free account before the October 31 deadline, and it is not showing or allowing me to add Evernote Web on top of my 2 devices (MacBook and iPhone). Can you activate this feature for me (staff)? I have been waiting for it to show up! Please contact me directly.

Hi.  Evernote Web has counted as a device for a while now,  and there are no exceptions to the 2 device limit on free accounts.  You would have to de-authorise another device to add the web.  This is a mainly user-supported forum and neither we nor Evernote do call-backs.  See Understanding the device limit for more.

I am running a second Free account, and I am not aware of any "deadline" that would have allowed a third device. Why should EN give away an add on to the Free plan for nothing ? The only promotions I know are the 1st year rebates that are offered for subscriptions from time to time.

EN is pretty strict about the devices limit - supervision is automatic, and will not allow a third device to connect.
