How do I contact Evernote support?

I’m not finding answers in the forums or the Help section of the website.  And I can’t figure out how to submit a support “ticket” as was suggested in one forum answer. I keep going in circles. I’ve been a loyal member since 2013 and haven’t had a reason to contact support - but my images are disappearing in older notes, showing them as HEIC files, not rendered. (Newly created notes are showing my images imported from my iPhone just fine.). Help!

The easiest way it to go to the mobile app settings, tab support, and pick the last option. It will only show when the system is convinced you are a subscriber.

I recently went to the "Support" site, filled in some of the questions and then chose the "Chat" option.  I got a live person who was able to help.

Note that the canned questions didn't directly address my problem so I filled in what I thought was relevant and left the others blank.

The question here was for a ticket, but the chat can be an alternative as well.

It can solve simpler problems, for everything more serious a ticket is the better way. The people at the chat will tell to send a ticket if the water gets too deep.
