Evernote is blurry and looks just horrible, not even readable

I tried changing the compatibility high DPI settings as suggested in many similar posts, but it does not fix the problem. Here's a screenshot of my properties settings for Evernote and in the background you can see what I'm dealing with. What do I do?

I think all that stuff is counterproductive.

EN runs embedded into a framework, that is based on Chromium, a modern browser engine. It will properly display on a wide range of hardware.

You probably better reduce the number of additional settings, going back to a standard setting. If it is not solving the problem, you should better tell some details about your hardware: PC, OS, Cable, Monitor. The OS driven boxes show properly, whereas the apps picture is blurred.

I had a similar issue once months back. I took my normal approach to display issues and rebooted my PC. Everything was fine when the computer had restarted.
