STC80 1
Although I frequently use the EN web version on my iPad Pro (latest software 15.1) over the last few days it no longer works but crashes each time I try to add a Note. I’ve now tried this on another iPad & iPhone with the same result however when I used someone’s desktop (I only use an iPad Pro) the web version worked. Having spent some time sending an EN log and discussing the problem with CUSTOMER SUPPORT I have been informed that “EN WEB IS NOT FULLY SUPPORTED FOR MOBILE BROWSERS” and recommended that I use the App Store App. I do use the App Store App but it does not have the full functionality of the web version eg full functionality of Home Widgets or even Internal App Links for notes, as the App version only saves the https web address and as the web version then crashes isn’t useful. I don’t know how to escalate this problem “EN WEB IS NOT FULLY SUPPORTED FOR MOBILE BROWSERS” I became a Premium User so that I had full functionality of EN but now I’m told that I can’t rely on the many benefits of EN which I previously enjoyed for 10 years. Just in case it helps I will add @iansmall Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,072 Posted November 10, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 10, 2021 Type on the Double AA beside the URL and select „Request desktop browser“. It should work then - does for me even on the iPhone. Link to comment
STC80 1
Thank you, Customer Support went through a number of checks including clearing Safari Cache and the AA request Desktop version which was already selected - unfortunately no success but added that these issues arise from time to time - I just don’t know for how much time Link to comment

STC80 1
Interesting - I have used someone else’s account on their iPad and the same crash occurred which is why I thought that the issue may be a wider problem Link to comment
STC80 1
To all Evernoters request for help! - I am trying all avenues to gather support for the following request “Please enable selecting and pasting an Internal Note Link rather than a Weblink within the Mobile App” As there is currently a problem with the EN web version for mobile it really highlights the value of an in app link as opposed to a web link ie evernote:///view rather than https://www.evernote.com/shard Extract of reply from Customer Support: ….. we do rely on our community to tell us what they’d like to see in the future and the requests that you submit go directly to our product team. I encourage you to submit your feedback directly to them. You can send your suggestions and feedback directly from the Evernote app by following these steps: On Mac and Windows: Go to Help > Share Feedbackin the menu bar. On iOS and Android: Go to Settings > Support > Share feedback from the navigation menu. Many Thanks Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted November 12, 2021 Level 5* Share Posted November 12, 2021 Hi. Also, you could post this request in the appropriate forum to gain some votes - https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/forum/304-general-feature-requests/ (Although I think this request is already in there - you might want to check that first...) 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,072 Posted November 12, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted November 12, 2021 There is such a request. But as always: No better way to split the vote to add yet another voting thread on a similar topic ! BTW: The better way to communicate something to EN is via the feedback function, or through a support ticket. 1 Link to comment
