Request to merge notes on iOS

Is there any way a merge notes feature can be added for iOS? It’d be really helpful.

The mobile clients can only load one single note at a time, by design. Before it can open another, it needs to close the one currently open.

This AFAIK is the main roadblock preventing a merge function on iOS. 

However you can open the web client on an iOS device (especially on an iPad). When you have a shift or command key (magic keyboard, Bluetooth keyboard), you can select several notes there. This selection can be merged, just like on the desktop clients.

I haven’t been able to use the web client on my 2020 11inch iPad Pro in several months. Is this something that is supposed to work? 

I can log into the web client but any attempt to interact with a note causes Safari to crash.

Can confirm this problem, it does the same on my iPad Pro 10.5.

It opens, but the first attempt to edit makes Safari crash. I had issued a ticket for this, and it makes IMHO n o sense to issue another at the moment.
